Beam Suntory's Return to office: Fostering Human Connections and Collaboration for Improved Efficiency and Relationships
After two years of remote work due to the pandemic, returning to the office was a delightful experience, offering employees the chance to form meaningful human connections and work collaboratively once again. Beam Suntory thrives on human interaction, and returning to the office allowed for the creation of many memorable moments and strengthened team bonds. In-person collaboration helps to develop empathy, understanding of one another and drives greater relationships, efficiency and quality of decision making.
Beam Suntory announced its Future of Work initiative, a 60/40 hybrid work arrangement that provides greater flexibility for its employees. Under this plan, employees have an option to club up to 4 weeks of total remote working and in special circumstances, select technical/global roles allow permanent remote working or significantly more flexibility. This hybrid work arrangement allows employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance and optimise their productivity while still fostering the human connections and collaboration that Beam Suntory values.
