Suntory Global Spirits’ annual Together for Good volunteer day takes place – Celebrating our culture of community service  

Giving back is fundamental to who we are at Suntory Global Spirits. As a company, we are proud to have a vibrant volunteering culture where our employees are encouraged to dedicate their time and skills to enrich the lives of others in the communities in which we live and work. This is embodied by our annual ‘Together for Good’ initiative, which sees employees around the world come together for a day of service during the year.  

In India, our employees in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Gurgaon came together for a series of volunteer events that showcased our commitment to supporting the resilience of our local communities. Over 100+ employees dedicated 514 hours to impactful activities such as cleaning and painting school classrooms, preparing meals for orphaned children, planting trees, donating essential food items, and decorating shelter homes. They also shared joyful moments with those in need, spreading smiles through laughter and dance.

The employees’ feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing that participating in these activities not only allowed them to give back but also deepened their understanding of the impact that they can have on others' lives.  

Through ‘Together for Good’, we believe that our collective actions can create lasting change, building stronger and more resilient communities.  Volunteering should not just be limited to the annual together for good days - everyone has three ‘Suntory Global Spirits’ Cares Days’ to use per year for individual volunteering, and we encourage everyone to use them throughout the year and track their volunteer hours/find volunteering opportunities on 4good.
