Hernán is our first Chief Digital & Technology officer. He drives Suntory Global Spirits' enterprise digital, data and end-to-end technology strategy, overseeing our global IT, Digital Strategy, Digital Delivery and Digital Experience teams.

He’s an expert on fast-turning consumer goods, Fortune 500 companies and has deep expertise driving digital innovation through emerging technologies and data to accelerate growth and enhance competitive profile. 

Before joining us, Hernán was Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer at ALTRIA. Prior to ALTRIA, he held digital and information technology roles at Mondelez and British American Tobacco. 

Hernán holds an MBA from IAE Business School Buenos Aires and a BS in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Argentina. He belongs to the Latin Corporate Directors Association and the Hispanic Technology Advisory Council (HiTEC) helping Latinx technology professionals grow. He’s also on the CDO Board of Global MMA, helping to shape the future of Digital Marketing across CPG organizations.
